You can view your upcoming shifts directly in the Help at Home mobile app. Follow these steps to see your schedule.
Before You Start
Make sure you have the Help at Home app installed on your phone. If you don't have it yet, download it from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Steps to View Your Schedule
- Open the Help at Home app on your phone.
- Log in with your Employee ID and password. If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen.
- Once logged in, tap "My Schedule" on the home screen. This shows your shifts for the current week.
- To see future weeks, swipe left on the calendar or tap the arrow pointing right.
- To see past weeks, swipe right on the calendar or tap the arrow pointing left.
What You'll See on Your Schedule
Each shift shows:
- Date and day of the week
- Start time and end time
- Client name
- Client address
- Any special notes about the visit
If Your Schedule Looks Wrong
If you see a shift that is incorrect or missing, contact your supervisor or the scheduling team right away. You can:
- Tap "Report an Issue" in the app
- Call the Help at Home support line
- Send a message through the app
Tips
- Check your schedule at the beginning of each week
- Turn on notifications so you get reminders before each shift
- If you need to change a shift, report it as soon as possible
