Your paystubs are available through Workday, our payroll system. You can access Workday through the Help at Home app or on a computer.
Option 1: View Your Paystub in the App
- Open the Help at Home app on your phone.
- Log in with your Employee ID and password.
- Tap "Pay & Benefits" on the home screen.
- Tap "View Paystubs."
- You will see a list of your recent pay periods. Tap any pay period to see the full paystub.
Option 2: View Your Paystub on a Computer
- Go to workday.com/helpathome (or ask your supervisor for the correct web address).
- Log in with your Employee ID and password.
- Click on "Pay" in the menu.
- Click "Paystubs" to see your pay history.
- Click on any pay date to open the full paystub.
What Your Paystub Shows
Your paystub includes:
- Pay period dates (the dates you worked)
- Total hours worked
- Hourly rate
- Gross pay (before taxes)
- Deductions (taxes, benefits, other)
- Net pay (your take-home amount)
- Direct deposit information
If You Have Questions About Your Pay
If something on your paystub looks wrong, gather this information before contacting us:
- Your Employee ID
- The pay period in question
- The specific issue (missing hours, wrong amount, etc.)
Then contact the payroll team through the app or by calling the Help at Home support line.
Pay Schedule
Help at Home pays every two weeks. Paystubs are available the day before payday. Direct deposits arrive on payday.
