If you forgot your password or need to change it, follow the steps below. This works for both the Help at Home app and Workday.
Reset Your App Password
- Open the Help at Home app on your phone.
- On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password."
- Enter your Employee ID.
- Enter the email address or phone number on file with Help at Home.
- Tap "Send Reset Link."
- Check your email or text messages. You will receive a link within a few minutes.
- Tap the link in the email or text.
- Create a new password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include one number.
- Tap "Save" or "Submit."
- Go back to the app and log in with your new password.
Reset Your Workday Password
- Go to workday.com/helpathome on a computer or phone browser.
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
- Enter your Employee ID.
- Answer your security questions. If you don't remember your security questions, contact the Help at Home support line.
- Create a new password.
- Click "Submit."
If You Don't Receive the Reset Link
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email or phone number
- Wait 5 minutes and try again
- If it still doesn't work, call the Help at Home support line
Tips for Creating a Strong Password
- Use at least 8 characters
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one capital letter
- Do not use your name or birthdate
- Do not use the same password you use for other accounts
If You Are Still Locked Out
If you tried resetting your password and still cannot log in, contact the Help at Home support line. Have your Employee ID ready when you call.
